WANNA PLAY PAINTBALL invites you to our first tournament of 2009, the WAR IN THE WOODS! This tournament pits five man teams against each other on our woodsball fields in an insane single flag format that you simply have to play to believe.

This format is extremely intense as there are no respawns, once you're eliminated you're out of the round. In addition, there's only one flag and it sits in the middle of the field - pull that flag for points, plant it at your OPPONENTS base and score EVEN MORE POINTS! It's woodsball action at it's finest on some of the best rec fields in Central PA.

TOURNAMENT RULES


SEMI-AUTO ONLY - No ramping, 3 shot bursts or FULL AUTO settings allowed.

ANY HIT COUNTS

CENTER FLAG FORMAT - You must capture the flag (from the center of the field) and hang it in your opponents starting station.

POINTS AWARDED AS FOLLOWS


ELIMINATIONS - 5 PTS EACH

FLAG PULL - 25 PTS

FLAG HANG - 50 PTS

EACH GAME HAS A MAXIMUM OF 100 POINTS



CLOTHING may be 2 layers. No hooded sweatshirts. No Ghillie suits, No padded tac vests.

CHRONO - Players will be chronod on the field and we will pull random players after each game for spot chronos.

HOT GUN PENALTIES

OVER 1-5 FPS - 5 POINTS
OVER 6-10 FPS - 10 POINTS
OVER 10-20 FPS - 25 POINTS
21 + FPS - 50 POINTS

TOURNAMENT WILL BE IN A ROUND ROBIN FORMAT


FINALS WILL BE HELD ON A DIFFERENT FIELD

Not to be a wet blanket , but this will be the weekend right after the Castle game. I for one don't know if I.m gonna have the coin for both. If it comes down to one or the other I'm going with Castle.
